Sales Representative
Job Description
We are seeking a full-time sales representative that has a minimum of two years of experience in the Home Improvement Industry, with roofing and siding experience a must. We are a family owned business and have been in business for over 15 years. We are based in Anne Arundel County and service the DC and Baltimore areas.
Desired Skills, Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of roofing and siding sales experience is required, additional home improvement experience a plus.
- Ability to work with insurance companies and understand claims for the Homeowners.
- Must be highly motivated, well organized and have good customer service.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings on occasion when needed.
- Basic computer skills – experience with a CRM a plus (AccuLynx).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Additional Information:

- Expected salary is $65,000-$80,000-commission based, with potential to earn more.
- Health Insurance provided after a 90 day grace period.

Job Description
Home Improvement Company based in Crofton, MD is looking for a qualified Carpenter with a minimum of 5 years experience. We are a family owned business and have been in business for over 15 years. The right applicant should have good work ethic and be willing to travel throughout Maryland. Must have own tools and transportation.
Tasks will include (but not limited to):
- Framing
- Deck Construction
- Bathroom and Basement Remodel
- Drywall
- Roofing and Siding
Additional Information:
